At M5Stack, we stand by the quality of our open-source development toolkits and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unassembled condition. If you encounter technical defects or are unsatisfied with your purchase, our support team is here to assist with a swift resolution.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the M5Stack hardware in its original packaging, ensuring all modules, cables, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
